Terms and Conditions

All sales are subject to College Hills Honda's Terms and Conditions of Sale. Once submitted cancelled orders are assessed a 20% restocking fee. All change order requests must be done by calling 1-855-299-7244 Monday-Friday during the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm EST. Due to the limitations of email, email requests for changes to your order will not be guaranteed. Please make sure you are able to receive emails from UPS and collegehillshondaparts.com. College Hills Honda is not responsible for emails that are removed by spam filters.

College Hills Honda reserves the right to refuse any order.

Although we make every attempt to keep all pricing up to date, there are occasions where Honda implements price increases that we are not made aware of immediately. If a large price discrepancy is found on your order we will contact you with the option to accept or decline the price difference.

All parts come with Honda's standard warranty which is 1 year.

Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges are not accessed a restocking fee. Returned items are accessed a 20% restocking fee unless an error was made on our part. The customer pays shipping on returns. College Hills Honda is not responsible for damage done to parts or vehicles during or after installation unless installed at College Hills Honda. Electrical items of any kind cannot be returned. The original shipping cost is a service already paid to the carriers for their services, therefore it cannot be refunded.

Orders are typically processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Once shipped, transit time is typically 1-7 days depending on your distance from Wooster, Ohio. There are times where our Ohio warehouse is out of stock. If this is the case a 3-5 day shipping delay is possible until those items are transferred to us from an out of state warehouse. Oversized items may not configure correct shipping at checkout. If this is the case you may be contacted for the additional shipping amount or given the option to cancel.
